d - veggies, curry with a bit of rice

s - pret granola + strawberry yoghurt

90 min of yoga

I DID REALLY WELL TODAY!!!! :)
 yesterday i binged on chips and chocolate..it was a lot but I was feeling kind of blue about the upcoming lawsuit :( but..i'm going to have faith that we don't owe those fellas a single cent. they will get NOTHING.

I ate so much today!! :( I'm not going to allow myself to eat any junkfood (including chocolate) for the rest of the summer. The past two days I practically ravished dove chocolate bars in a gulp...

2 slices kimchee pancake
soup pork dumplings
icecream

snack 
milk soup dessert

dinner
veggies, chicken
strawberries

snack
chocolate

i think that's almost 400 cals? not too sure. i don't really count. but this is good fuel for my yoga class, which is at 3:45..

breakfast

lunch:
- slice of korean fried pancake
- spicy korean tofu
- a little bit of rice

dinner
- meatball wrap
- yoghurt with granola and mango

*healthy choices today..not bad considering I have my period and am very bloated/pmsy

i did a 90 min yoga session a few hours ago..INTENSE. but i feel pretty good about it. 

the predicted meals for tomorrow (or technically, today)

lunch: lean cuisine
            fruit


dinner: pret yoghurt!! (i've been craving this since yesterday)
             pret sandwich

snack: fruit

 miranda kerr's body and looks are to DIE FOR <3

I feel so bloody fat I'm not even kidding...and my face..I don't even want to think about it.
I don't think I'll be eating lean cuisine tonight because I'm going out for dinner.. :( I'll try my best.

some thinspo - keira knightley is right fit..i want her stomach!

tomorrow I will have self control:

lunch: pret sandwich, eggwhite, fruit

dinner: fruit, lean cuisine

excercise: 60 min of yoga
 

let's see if  I'll actually eat the foods I listed above and attend my yoga class
